Bets' Rhubarb
This jam is an homage to my mother Betty, Bets as she was known by those closest to her. Rhubarb was plentiful in the midwest and she would make jams and other delicious creations with it. We added our twist on this classic by adding sweet strawberries, luscious pears, and a touch of Sparkling Rose Wine. This jam is sweet, bright, and buttery and we can’t get enough!
